Donovan's Cottage is a mid Victorian style timber cottage built in the early 1870s located in Wason St Milton on the South Coast NSW.

Once threaten with demolition to make way for a carpark, was fully restored by shipwright/carpenter Murray Pollock.

Restoration included three rooms, bathroom, breezeway, a detached cookhouse and fully landscaped garden. Now painted in its originals colour scheme and with its original wallpapers currently being reproduced. Donovan's Cottage has been reborn to continue its life into the future whilst protecting the past.

The Cottage was named after the Donovan Family who lived there for 30 years, is now utilised as proffesional offices and an occassional art gallery featuring local and guest artists. The cookhouse was restored to a commercial kitchen standard to allow for future development.
