Heritage abounds in the Goulburn District! Visit the magnificent St Saviour's Cathedral or take a tour through the historic Hume family home 'Garroorigang' or the National Trust's Twynam family estate 'Riversdale'. Goulburn was one of the first regional centres to supply piped drinking water to its residents and the beam engine installed in 1883 remains fully operational. You can trace your family history in Goulburn at the St Clair Folk Museum and Archives or at the Regional History Reading Room with a specialist librarian in the Goulburn Branch Library.
